This closed-door roundtable brings together senior representatives from commercial banks, telecom operators, and fintech startups to align on the future of instant payments in Afghanistan. Participants will discuss settlement layers, interoperability frameworks, risk mitigation, and the roadmap for nationwide rollout of APS’s instant payment platform. The session will include policy input from Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) and technical insights from the APS core systems team.
